I believe that a women's body is her own. Women are the keepers of the family and need to be empowered to that they may empower themselves. Positive mental health is the key to healthy families. I enjoy providing support to families in the immediate postpartum period to help facilitate a smoother transition to parenthood and changing family dynamics.
