Labor and birth doula services
Postpartum doula services
Although I am a new and young indigenous doula/birth worker, I feel that this important and sacred work comes so natural to me. I have always had a natural connection to new babies and pregnant mothers since being a young child. Since having my own, my heart has been strongly connected to birth work. I do my best as a mother and birth worker to reclaim and revitalize the traditional teachings/protocols around motherhood, pregnancy, and postpartum care. I believe every family deserves to have the most beautiful and peaceful labor, birth, and postpartum experience. I believe that pregnancy and birth are crucial and critical moments in a womans life and that this experience will stay with her forever. Allow me to assist you with your needs and wants for your birth or postpartum period, so you the mother can be empowered and not feel alone during a life-changing experience!
Feel free to contact me if you are interested in a free consultation to see if we are a good match! Or if you have any questions in general about my services and what I may offer please contact me!
I have attended 2 labor and births thus far into my birth work journey that started a year ago. I am a mother to an almost 2 year old in which she helps encourage me to be the best mother I can be, she pushes me to keep on learning and striving in my studies and also in my birth work journey. I am still breastfeeding her and don't plan on weaning her off any time soon!
Being a plains cree and dakota woman I have a unique understanding of cultural worldviews. I can connect easily with an indigenous mother looking for more support and to assist with cultural/traditional needs.
