Online Breastfeeding Basics Class

All the basics you need to get breastfeeding off to a great start!

This class is taught by Johanna Goetz a CAPPA certified Labour and Postpartum Doula. We will cover all the basics: Preparing in pregnancy, labour and births impact on breastfeeding, latch, common challenges, where to get support when you meet challenges, and building a support network. It’s recommended you take this class in the last few months of pregnancy however it can also be helpful within the first 6 weeks after you have had your baby if you were unable to take a class beforehand.
